Dr Richard Kain
Medical Director

Richard currently holds Health Services Permits (Poisons permits) for Tronox, Jadestone Energy, Panoramic Resources, Energy Australia (Yallourn), Westgold and more, and provides 24/7 injury management support to MMA and many other organisations.

He has over 30 years’ experience and is an expert in the field of occupational health and Health Services (Poison) Permit Regulations. Richard has spent many years working in remote communities and possesses a clear understanding of the need for transparent health care within the occupational setting.

Dr Michelle Harris
Senior Occupational GP & Registrar

Dr Michelle Harris completed her medical training through the University of Western Australia in 2009. Since her graduation, Michelle has demonstrated high quality patient care through Emergency Medicine, General Practice and, more recently, Occupational Health.

In 2017, Dr Harris became a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Through her ongoing work with Silverchain, Michelle’s compassionate nature, ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and function as a leader especially in emergency situations shines out.

Dr Harris has a wide range of Occupational Health experience from injury management to health surveillance to Pre-Employment Medicals for offshore and FIFO roles. She is also certified to assess candidates for rail medicals.

Dr Harris officially started her speciality training as an Occupational Physician in 2022, along with her Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. Complete Corporate Health is excited to support her through this next step in her career!

Dr Melissa Sullivan

Dr Melissa Sullivan grew up in Perth and spent her early working life in a range of corporate roles prior to completing a Bachelor of Science (Biochemistry, Anatomy & Human Biology) at UWA followed soon after by a Medical degree at University of Melbourne.

Dr Sullivan recently moved back to Perth from Melbourne where she was the Senior Police Medical Officer for Victoria Police managing the Medical Advisory Unit.  Victoria Police has approximately 22,000 staff including public servants, police custody officers, police and protective service officers.  The Medical Advisory Unit had a broad range of expertise including occupational medicine, psychiatry, psychology, exercise physiology, nursing, and drug & alcohol testing providing a range of services and specialist advice to the organisation.

While Dr Sullivan’s background is primarily general occupational medicine, her recent role with Victoria Police also incorporated a wide range of high-level medical administration duties including policy advice, involvement in legal proceedings, industrial issues, work cover premium matters and stakeholder engagement.  With over ten years occupational medical experience including her own occupational health clinic at the Perth Airport, Dr Sullivan remains committed to assessing and managing the health, safety and risk of industry.

Tracie Papotto
General Manager

An Engineer by background with over 25 years experience ranging from delivering outcomes in the resource and community sectors, Board roles and running her own health based business before joining Complete Corporate Health.

Tracie provides high level strategic and operational oversight of CCH, which includes Business Development, Finance, Information Communication and Technology (ICT), Risk and Compliance, HR and Culture, Brand Management, Public Relations and Stakeholder Management.

She has a deep understanding of injury management and its application in the resources and mining sector and like Richard spent many years working in remote communities and understands the unique requirements of those environments.
